• Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, and delivery address provided during the subscription process.
• Location Data: Delivery location and address details used to coordinate meal deliveries.
• Payment Information: Payment transaction details processed through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials on our servers.
• Communications: WhatsApp messages exchanged with our automated ordering system, including order preferences, meal selections, and feedback.
• Session Data: Temporary session identifiers stored in Redis with automatic expiry (24-hour time-to-live) used to maintain your conversation state with our chatbot.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Processing and fulfilling your meal plan subscriptions and individual meal orders.
• Coordinating delivery schedules and communicating order confirmations, meal changes, and notifications via WhatsApp.
• Processing payments through our payment processor, Razorpay.
• Managing your subscription, including plan changes, cancellations, and expiry reminders.
• Improving our service quality and customer support.
• Complying with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share your information only with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate our service:

• Razorpay: Payment processing. Razorpay handles payment card and banking data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We only receive transaction confirmation and order IDs.
• WhatsApp (Meta): Message delivery for order confirmations, meal notifications, and chatbot interactions via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
• Petpooja: Restaurant POS integration for order dispatch and fulfillment. We share order details (items, quantities, delivery time) with Petpooja to prepare and dispatch your meals.
• Supabase: Database hosting and management for customer profiles, subscriptions, and order records.
• Upstash: Redis-based session storage for maintaining chatbot conversation state.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

• Customer profiles and subscription records: Retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to support order history and legal compliance.
• Order records: Retained for operational and accounting purposes.
• Session data: Automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity via Redis time-to-live (TTL) expiry.
• WhatsApp messages: Subject to Meta's data retention policies for the WhatsApp Business API.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay; no sensitive financial data passes through or is stored on our servers.
• Session data is stored in encrypted Redis instances with automatic expiration.
• Access to administrative functions is protected by authentication credentials.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
